Marconi World Office is in Florence, in an historical and prestigious building located in a residential area.

Our Center offers to any kind of professional or company the possibility to immediately open an operative and directional office in an environment that is highly representative.

The Center offers a large meeting-room for 20 people and a Course hall that can receive up to 50 people.

Furthermore we offer 21 elegantly furnished, comfortable and air conditioned offices, with the possibility of parking. They are open access (24 hours) and endowed with the best equipment, plus support from our skilled and efficient secretarial service offered by our specialized and multilingual staff.

Secretarial Services and Virtual Offices

Marconi World Office offers a professional virtual office with secretarial services during the hours 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Services are available Monday thru Friday with the following telephone services in the main European languages: mail, fax and email service with personal address. This is very useful to those who, even if they do not need a full-time office, do require the assistance of a secretary who can manage their telephone, appointments, fax, mail and email correspondences and who can welcome their guests.

Hours:
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Monday thru Friday.



Other additional services available are: typewriting, translation, photocopy, office-boy, travel organization (booking, airline ticket, office, visas), meeting organization, congress service and any other need you might have.
